I AM A PROFESSIONAL EVENT PLANNER OF 11 YEARS. I PLACED A LARGE ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE. WHEN MY VISA CAME, THERE WERE INFLATED EXCESS CHARGES THAT DID NOT MATCH MY ORDER.
I contacted the owner, Ashely Rader and tried by phone and email to explain this. I could not get her to acknowledge all the hidden charges placed without my knowledge. She added phony shipping charges in and I was shocked.

I had to contact VISA Dispute Resolution Services to get my money back.
What a disappointment that http://www.momentsofelegance.com/ preys on trusting brides and event planners in a very unethical manner. I have never had this happen in 11 years of high end event planning.
I got lured in by the coupon codes and cute items. I was shocked they are advertised everywhere and how can they be so dishonest?
Prices look great and inexpensive on the http://www.momentsofelegance.com/ website -- however, it's not what you'll find on your VISA when you get your statement! Good luck reaching anyone by phone. Email is a big run around too because there are all kinds of excuses as to why you can't resolve anything or reach anyone.
EVENT PLANNERS ARE BETTER OFF "GOOGLING" FOR THE ITEMS YOU SEE AND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. THE LOW PRICES LISTED ON THE SITE DO NOT REFLECT WHAT YOU WILL FIND ON YOUR VISA!
